How do you sell with Paypal? . . . & {freebie}

:::I tried to set up one-click purchases here on my blog using Paypal, but the forms that Paypal uses would not properly format on the blog. It got to be a huge mess, so I simply deleted the post. Can anyone let me know how they set up using Paypal on their blog? I would greatly appreciate advice on this!

:::I had also provided the download link for the {freebie} at that time, and forgot to repost it! So sorry! Instead get it as a Friday {freebie} below.

:::I have been crunching on filing an emergency motion for a client that has to get to the court before tomorrow. You see, in my other life I play an attorney.

:::Then just a little bit ago I had very uncivil phone conversation with a lawyer who was rude, obscene, and generally a pig. It's those kind of lawyers who give the rest of us a bad name. Just wait. He'll get his. I'll be filing a grievance against him, as well as a few lawsuits for his wrongful actions against my client.

As a quick primer, no lawyer is permitted to threaten arrest or other dire consequences if you don't pay them money you owe to their client. That is illegal ususally under state law, but also under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). It is also unethical for an attorney to "extort" money in such a manner.
:::That ends our ranting for today, and we now return you to our regularly scheduled program!

{freebie}
As always, please leave some luv !!

Thanks for the freebie, lawgirl. My 6 year old is obsessed with maps, and since I'm working on layouts for him right now, this will get TONS of use!
